Ingredients
CHICKEN MIXTURE
- 500 g chicken thighs
- 3.5 g salt
- 4 g garlic powder
- 5 g onion powder
- 1 g dried parsley
- 2 g cayenne pepper
- 2 g coriander powder
- 15 g ketjap manis
- 30 ml sunflower oil
SAUCES
- 60 honey
- 10 g sambal
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the chicken thighs into pieces. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, cayenne pepper, coriander powder, soy sauce, ketjap manis, and sunflower oil. Mix thoroughly until mixed.
- Place the honey and sambal in a bowl. Mix well.
- Wet the toothpicks before using them. Fill a glass with water and place the toothpicks inside. Allow them to soak for 20 minutes. Thread the chicken pieces on the skewers.
- In a skillet, heat a dab of sunflower oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken skewers and cook till tender all over. Brush the sauce on the chicken skewers.
